Report a listing or a member

Fastest from inside the app: open the listing and tap Report this listing, or open the member and tap Report member. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. You can also block a member, which hides their items and stops messages both ways.

Delete your account

Profile, then Settings, then Delete my account. Your listings, messages, reviews and photos go with it, permanently.

Common questions

Why is the pickup point not exact?

Listings show an approximate area rather than an address. The exact spot is shared once a pickup is agreed between the two of you.

Do I need a password?

No. Enter your email address and we send you a code. There is no password to forget and none is stored.

Is anything for sale?

Nothing. Every item on TooGoodToThrow is free.
